Booking Policy – Pro Rege Detailing At Pro Rege Detailing, we strive to provide excellent service and set clear expectations. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. 📅 Appointments & Cancellations You may book or cancel anytime with no deposit or cancellation fees. We ask that you give as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. ⏰ Timeliness & Communication We do our best to arrive on time, but delays may occur due to weather and traffic conditions. We will send text message updates if we are running behind. Clients are responsible for checking their phone and messages. 🐾 Pet Hair & Extra Charges Pet hair removal is not included in standard pricing. Pet hair removal starts at $40 and may increase depending on severity. Any excessive staining, tar, soiling, dirt, or other conditions requiring more time than expected may also result in an additional fee. 🧳 Personal Belongings Please remove all personal items before your appointment. Pro Rege Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced belongings left inside the vehicle. 🛠️ Pre-Existing Damage & Aftermarket Parts Pro Rege Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, chips, cracked glass, etc.). We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket parts, accessories, or modifications that may loosen, peel, or fail during normal detailing procedures. 🌦️ Weather Policy If weather prevents us from completing a mobile service, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of weather delays. 📍 Service Area We proudly serve Dallas and surrounding areas. Any location considered far outside of the Dallas area may have an additional travel fee.
